01. 99.9% Uptime Commitment

Shooting Star Hosting guarantees a 99.9% network uptime availability matrix for all provisioned virtual private servers, computing slices, and hosting nodes. Uptime telemetry is calculated monthly across our primary network edges.

02. SLA Service Credit Matrix

In the event that network availability drops below our 99.9% commitment threshold, enterprise accounts are eligible for service tier credits applied to the subsequent billing cycle. Credit requests must be formally submitted through our secure public support interface within 30 days of the recorded telemetry disruption event.

03. Refund Limitations & Window

Because computational infrastructure, storage arrays, and bandwidth slots are reserved and provisioned immediately upon transaction confirmation, all deployments are subject to a strict 7-day initial testing window. Cancelled infrastructure nodes after this 7-day period are non-refundable and will remain active until the conclusion of the paid billing cycle.

04. Exclusions

SLA credits and refund guarantees do not apply to service interruptions caused by: client-side configuration failures, application-layer unmitigated security vulnerabilities, upstream regional carrier dropouts, or scheduled core infrastructure maintenance windows communicated 24 hours in advance.
