Shooting Star is exactly what you'd hope for in your time of need. When I first signed up for an account, I typed in something wrong and within minutes Brian called and then had my Hosting up and running within an hour. When adding Domains Brian walked me through the process over the phone. And when I used up my bandwidth, in a panic I contacted support and Brian fixed the situation instantly.
